About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic finance team at Jobot. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert and professional audit services to ensure our Tax-Exempt clients' financial integrity and operational efficiency.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a solid background in financial, compliance, and operational audits to contribute to our team's strategic objectives. The Senior Audit Associate will report directly to the Audit Manager and work closely with various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits for Tax-Exempt clients.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to ensure efficient and effective audit processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on audit-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address audit findings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance audits, and operational audits with Tax-Exempt clients.
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
