Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial, compliance, and operational audits for Tax-Exempt clients.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of audit services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Manage projects and teams, motivating team members to produce high-quality work within tight timeframes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance audits, and operational audits with Tax-Exempt Clients.
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
