We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic finance team at Jobot. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert and professional audit services to ensure our Financial Services clients' financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage financial, compliance, and operational audits for Financial Services clients.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (like CPA, CIA, CISA, or ACCA) will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial auditing, compliance audits, and operational audits with Financial Services clients.
  • Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
