- Training and Development
- Provide training and development opportunities to quality personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to management on quality performance and progress towards goals.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
- Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Certifications
- ISO/AS Auditor Certification
- ASQ Certification Quality Certification
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and adherence to company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
