AWS P Safety is committed to providing a safe working environment for its employees and clients. As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of workers and motorists on construction sites and roadways.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure the safety of all.
  • Effectively managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
  • Providing exceptional service and protection to clients.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours a day and lift 50-60 lbs.
  • Willings to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
  • Experience driving.
  • Pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug test as this is a safety-sensitive role.
