Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our team at Dawn Homes Management, LLC, responsible for maximizing occupancy and building positive relationships with residents. This role involves generating interest in our properties, pre-qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation.

• Sales and Marketing:
  • Generate interest in our properties by highlighting their benefits and conducting personalized tours.
  • Develop relationships with future residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Resident Service and People Relations:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding residents' expectations in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with residents, contractors, vendors, and colleagues.
• Administration:
  • Prepare property reports, leases, and lease renewals with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized files and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and minimize delinquencies and collections.

• 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Previous experience in apartment leasing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Dependability, self-motivation, and ability to work weekends or extended hours as required.

• Extensive computer and phone work.
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending, with periods of extensive sitting.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs.
