Leasing Consultant

At Dawn Homes Management, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating interest in our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our residents.

• Sales and Marketing: Generate interest in our properties by selling their benefits and giving personal tours. Develop relationships with prospective residents and pre-qualify them for leasing.
• Resident Service and People Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve problems in a professional and friendly manner, and communicate effectively with residents, contractors, vendors, and coworkers.
• Administration: Prepare property reports, leases, and lease renewals, maintain organized files, and track appointments, move-ins, and outs.

• 1-3 years' customer service and sales experience required
• Previous experience in apartment leasing is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to positively resolve conflicting issues

• Extensive computer and phone work
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending, with periods of extensive sitting
