We are seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team at Synergis. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring timely completion of orders, and consistently meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage department job tickets and workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time.
  • Produce rigid and roll signs and banners, including custom finishing such as lamination, mounting, and trimming.
  • Properly use and maintain all department tools and equipment, managing machine logs and coordinating maintenance and repair calls with vendors.
  • Prepare wide format signs, banners, and display graphics for shipping and delivery, creating custom packaging when necessary.
  • Conduct site surveys as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience printing on digital presses with a variety of substrates – roll and rigid.
  • Experience operating various finishing machines – laminator, Graphtec, cutter/router.
  • Understanding of RIP software and color management, including Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to discuss others' opinions and ideas.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and great attitude.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Willingness to follow department policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 annually, dependent on factors including client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location.
