Competitive base salary starting at $51,000 annually, with potential for merit-based raises. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Drive the growth of a successful, multi-million-dollar operation: Utilize your business insight, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities to enhance sales; ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and accurately merchandised.
- Cultivate talent and lead a team: Inspire and develop your team members to achieve their personal and collective goals within the Blain's family.

Inspire and Engage:

Act as a proactive brand ambassador committed to achieving results through collaboration; communicate the company strategy and embody the core values of the organization; keep team members informed about company updates and celebrations.

- Foster community engagement and brand recognition: Collaborate with local organizations to enhance awareness of our brand and values.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a dynamic retail setting
- Valid driver's license required
- Proven ability to train, delegate, and motivate top talent
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
