  • Lead and motivate the center team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute action plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the center sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

  • Greet all visitors with a friendly attitude, complete check-in process, and connect them with the appropriate OrangeTwist team member.
  • Answer phones and center email in a courteous and professional manner; take messages, answer questions, schedule appointments, or direct calls as needed.
  • Up-sell products and services to clients and process payments.
  • Receive and sort daily mail; prepare and forward outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, organizing, and maintaining file systems, filing correspondence, and other records.
  • Partner with Center Management to order and maintain supplies and keep the reception area organized and clean.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, OrangeTwist membership, and rewards and financial programs.
  • Knowledge of OrangeTwist treatments and procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in lead/supervisor/leadership (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness, or beauty environment (preferred).
