Clinical Ambassador for Carotid Artery Disease Treatment

Silk Road Medical, Inc. is a medical device company dedicated to reducing the risk of stroke and pioneering new approaches for carotid artery disease treatment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Therapy Development Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the adoption and sales of the TCAR procedure by providing clinical support and technical expertise to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the medical community.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and relevant literature to ensure the company remains at the forefront of medical device technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer support and product improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and handle administrative responsibilities.
- Report device complaints to the quality assurance department.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree or comparable experience.
- Typically, 8+ years of clinical, medical device, or related experience.
- Experience in a consultative role in an applicable vascular environment.
