Job Summary:

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will embark on a dynamic journey to develop your skills in sales, operations, and management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing inventory, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet productivity and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
