  • Troubleshoot and diagnose onsite complications to ensure accurate machine setup and paint mixing.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with machines and paint formulations swiftly and effectively.
  • Use hand tools and power tools as necessary to complete tasks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing field operations onsite for retail services companies.
  • A firm understanding of testing and calibration equipment, mechanical and electronic controls, and setup/teardown of Paint mixing equipment Retail Industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and comfort with smartphone devices.
  • Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and across functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, execute with limited or no supervision, and multitask.
