Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Royalton Manor. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests, working collaboratively with our experienced team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services and health education to guests
  • Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status
  • Implement nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications
  • Contribute to guest assessments and plan of care development

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred
  • Current LPN licensure in the state
  • CPR certification
