About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Royalton Manor. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including medication administration and health education.
  • Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members.
  • Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
  • Contribute to the development of a plan of care for each guest, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
