Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to guests, including medication administration and health education.
- Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members.
- Assess the health of guests and notify physicians of changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
- Contribute to the development of a plan of care for each guest, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Current LPN licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
