Global Client Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Professional at Global Furniture Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless client interactions. You will work closely with our sales teams to resolve any issues that may arise and provide top-notch customer support via email, phone, and other channels.
About the Role
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and phone, collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth client interactions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless client interactions and resolve any issues
- Utilize electronic catalog and Global website to provide product information and pricing
- Process demo requests, order status checks, and inventory management
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and returns
- Process credits, return authorizations, and factory charge backs
Requirements
- Six to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities dynamically to meet deadlines and changing goals
- Strong attention to detail; ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks
