">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual who can assist our dentists in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.">
- Assist patients as their advocate and provide meaningful feedback with compassion.">
- Schedule patient appointments and accommodate potential scheduling conflicts.">
- Prepare dental materials and equipment for scheduled treatments.">
- Function as a treatment coordinator and prepare treatment plans for patients.">
- Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment inventory.">
- Assist with patient management during dental procedures.">
- Support team members and pods.">
- Complete instrument cleaning and sterilization, post-op sanitization of treatment rooms.">
- Collect and record patient health history.">
- Attend and participate in internal meetings and complete required training.">
Requirements

- General Dentistry knowledge.">
- Experience maintaining a positive attitude in a team environment with competing priorities.">
- Basic computer skills, including dental software and Microsoft Office.">
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
- Ability to be flexible and accept different work assignments within the practice.">

Education and Experience
