- Data Management: Manage data migration, integration, and validation activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across BC 365 and connected systems.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide business insights and support decision-making.
- User Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions to improve system adoption and user proficiency.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other stakeholders, to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with BC 365 updates, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and system enhancement.
- Proficiency in BC 365 modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
