Electrical Maintenance Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the equipment in our state-of-the-art facility in Omaha, NE. You will alternate between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair, utilizing your expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLC's).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment and amplify skills by troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and repairing electrical systems.
  • Analyze conditions and provide solutions by identifying and examining production equipment failures, interpreting schematics and drawings, and investigating and repairing electrical systems.
  • Prioritize innovation and communication by actively seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, maintaining an open dialogue with your lead and supervisor regarding day-to-day activities.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Electrical experience in an industrial, warehouse, or DC setting.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work second shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and complete repetitive physical tasks throughout the day, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
