Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems and enhance training initiatives.
- Execute maintenance tasks while adhering to production, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Operate hand and power tools with proficiency and manage industrial lift trucks, including working at elevated heights.
- Utilize common measuring tools and work independently with appropriate guidance.
- Communicate and document maintenance activities effectively.
- Embrace opportunities for new training, tools, and educational advancements.
- Participate in advanced technology maintenance classes, both on-site and off-site.
- Promptly report any food safety issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a maintenance assessment test.
- Willingness to enroll in advanced technology maintenance classes as required.
- Ability to lift weights of 50-75 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, kneel, and work overhead as necessary.
- Availability for rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
