Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As a key member of our hard services team, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and repair electrical and lighting systems, including valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
  • Perform new installations of equipment and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the team to impact the quality of work and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Meet the requirements for a Master Electrician license, as dictated by local electrical codes.
Requirements
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship program is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to complete all required and assigned HSE training at a satisfactory level.
  • Commitment to following all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE-related requirements.
