About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records, reports, and metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of EHS experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and inspections.
  • Knowledge of California Environmental Regulations and Machine Guarding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in an environmental or health and safety discipline.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $157,664 - $236,496 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
