Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Ottobock. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our front desk, ensuring that patients receive the best possible service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the front desk, including answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls.
  • Assist with scheduling and modifying patient appointments.
  • Communicate with patients and their families to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Obtain medical documentation from physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Assist with securing insurance authorizations for patient cases.
  • Perform light shipping and receiving of medical device products and components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office and databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Office administrative management experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
