Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our MS Dynamics ERP implementation, deployment, and integration projects. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the MS Dynamics ERP PMO, managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and analysts.
  • Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and processes across ERP projects.
  • Develop and maintain the project governance framework, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of MS Dynamics ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage project interdependencies and resource allocation across the ERP portfolio.
  • Engage with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to align MS Dynamics ERP projects with organizational strategy.
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the MS Dynamics ERP project portfolio.
  • Develop contingency plans and monitor risk factors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Lead issue resolution processes, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of ERP projects.
  • Track and report on project costs, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables, meeting or exceeding organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying areas for process optimization.
  • Implement lessons learned from completed projects into future ERP projects.

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, based on factors such as individual education, experience, qualifications, skillset, and/or location.
