Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Processor to join our team at Connection. As a Returns Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer product returns are accurately received and processed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect products to confirm they meet the terms and conditions of their return authorization.
- Update sales orders and document the condition of products.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Customer Service, Receiving, and Purchasing, as needed.
- Process unauthorized returns by creating cases and working with Customer Care.
- Inspect monitors less than 27 inches for broken screens and perform wiping processes on opened hard drives to remove customer information.
- Assist Returns to Vendor Associates with product information and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Working under direct supervision, select from established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Accurately receive and process customer product returns to enable credit back to customers in a timely manner.
