Job Title: Operations Manager II

Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager II to lead our PMEL team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract management, technical operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control PMEL technical operations, production efficiencies, and training management at assigned sites.
  • Direct and assign Lead Technicians and PMEL technicians in troubleshooting, aligning, repairing, modifying, calibrating, and certifying TMDE.
  • Interface with customers to report and resolve calibration/maintenance support issues and limitations.
  • Plan, formulate, and oversee budget execution, manage contract funding, and approve and monitor expenditures.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and/or Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and staff.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years US Air Force PMEL experience.
  • Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service, and follow-up.
  • Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.
  • Ability to follow a process.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years' recent experience in the management, administration, and supervision of US Air Force PMELs in accordance with TO.
