**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to our senior executive leadership team. This role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and facilitating meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including travel arrangement, expense processing, and document preparation.
- Develop and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as a key point of contact for staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an investment management or insurance industry setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Blackrock reporting.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple demands while maintaining discretion and integrity.
