This position emphasizes service excellence and requires strong interpersonal communication skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor when addressing guest inquiries.

Respecting guest privacy and safeguarding their belongings is paramount in this role.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cleaning tasks in all guest rooms and public areas following established checklists.
Adhere to housekeeping standards and protocols.
Respond promptly to guests' special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and additional towels.
Manage inventory of essential supplies.
Work efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals in a timely manner.
Communicate room readiness to the Front Desk without delay.
Report maintenance issues as necessary.
Follow departmental policies and procedures diligently.
Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist other departments as needed to provide exceptional service to guests.
Sanitize all cleaning equipment, including mops and brooms, at the end of each shift.
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Assist with laundry tasks as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned; the company reserves the right to modify responsibilities as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Compliance with housekeeping standards and checklists.
Knowledge of effective cleaning and sanitation methods.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous hotel housekeeping or related experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to climb ladders and stairs.
Willingness to walk throughout the property.
Ability to twist, bend, reach, and pull.
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
