Assistant Innkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Assistant Innkeeper to join our team at Mountainaire Inn/Azalea Garden Inn. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle reservations in a efficient and accurate manner.
• Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and laundry, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Stock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay, demonstrating a commitment to resolving problems and exceeding guest expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
