About the Role

As a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth of business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
