Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Practice Innovation to join our team at AMS Staffing, Inc. in Detroit, MI. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Design and deliver client-facing presentations and pitches to showcase our services and expertise.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of marketing materials, including templates, one-pagers, and award submission responses.
  • Partner with the Business Development Team to identify and develop new business opportunities and track key metrics.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and adoption of our services within and outside the firm.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of legal project management, knowledge management, or marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
