Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Function as the primary technical leader within the leadership team, making informed technical business decisions and guiding the company in the right strategic direction.
  • Project Management: Assign and direct projects to engineers, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
  • Engineering Systems: Develop and implement automated engineering systems, leveraging Inventor 3D CAD capabilities and integrating with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Software for shop order documentation.
  • Resource Management: Successfully manage internal and external resources, demonstrating a strong capacity to leverage external resources effectively.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and ROI assessments, employing logical and data-driven approaches.
  • Compliance and Quality: Develop and implement engineering best practices and standards to drive consistency across multiple platforms and required regulatory compliance.

As the Director of New Product Development and Technical Services, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of new products and technologies, leveraging your expertise in engineering and technical services to drive innovation and growth within the company.
