We are seeking a skilled PCU/IMC RN to join our team at Impact Health Staffing in Temple, TX.
Position Details
- Full-Time PCU/IMC RN position available
- 36 hours per week, 3x12 shifts
- Competitive hourly rate: $32-$53/hour
- Sign-on bonus available
Responsibilities
- Assess patient care needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Complete paperwork and patient charting
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize needs
- Use problem-solving strategies and available resources to address patient, family, and staff needs
- Delegate tasks and care to appropriate staff and ensure timely follow-up
- Facilitate learning for patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members
- Preserve patient confidentiality, autonomy, dignity, and rights
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Education
- 1+ year of PCU/IMC RN experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Unencumbered Texas or Compact RN license required
- Nicotine-free
- BLS required
