Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Renal PCU Charge Nurse to join our team in Temple, Texas.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Renal PCU team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with renal and urological conditions
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and unit operations
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Renal PCU or similar setting
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
