You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal health outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
- Current RN licensure and/or compact state licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required by the cost center
