Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Coca-Cola Market Development Manager to join our team at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer relationships in specified accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales execution in assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns and promotional programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
