Job Summary

The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering products to our customers on an assigned route, ensuring that merchandise is stocked on shelves and in coolers, and that products are rotated according to company standards. You will be an ambassador for the Coca-Cola brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers on an assigned route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards, ensuring that products are visible and easily accessible to customers.
  • Invoice and collect amounts due, settle accounts daily, and pick up company property and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including DOT regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • Valid Class A Driver's License required and clean MVR.
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Local delivery experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
