Our experienced account managers work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.

About This Role:

This entry-level client support role conducts administrative tasks throughout the life cycle of a work order.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dispatching and coordinating client service work requests to repair and maintain fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, and other fire protection equipment.
  • Following up on current customer jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling escalated calls and researching problems to determine root causes.
  • Managing service level expectations, including technician arrival and departure times, job quoting, and providing timely updates.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting Department on billing issues and ensuring timely invoicing.
  • Working cross-functionally with other teams and departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Customer service and/or dispatch experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional demeanor and sense of urgency.

Detail-oriented and production-focused.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Problem-solving skills and a team player attitude.

National Facilities Maintenance experience is a plus.

Salary Range:

$20 - $25 per hour (Range is based on experience).
