Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with finance and sales departments to oversee accounts receivable processes.
  • Gather and process essential data, including pricing, discounts, and shipping costs.
  • Generate and distribute invoices through electronic means or traditional mail.
  • Ensure precise billing for services rendered to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and professionally resolve any billing issues.
  • Request payments for overdue accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client information and payments received.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a billing coordinator or in a comparable position.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00.
