We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Distribution Specialist to join our team at Infratech Corporation.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing skilled electrical work in the construction, repair, maintenance, storm restoration, and operation of underground and overhead electrical distribution systems.

This is an entry-level position that requires learning apprenticeship-type skills and practicing principles and procedures required for advancing to the next level in becoming a journeyman lineman.

Main Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety practices and procedures, such as checking equipment regularly and erecting barriers around work areas, and follow company procedure in reporting unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Climbing and Working at Heights: Climb poles or use truck-mounted buckets to access equipment and work at heights.
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Safely construct, maintain, and repair electrical overhead and underground distribution systems and substations, including conduits, cables, wires, and related equipment.
  • Traffic Control: Safely control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.

  • Must be willing to travel
  • Have a valid Driver License
  • Demonstrate knowledge of; Job site Safety Systems, Safe Excavation and Digging Techniques Electrical Safety

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
