Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Low Voltage Systems Specialist to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. This role offers a competitive hourly salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with low voltage cabling, termination, and equipment repair/replacement. They will be responsible for inspecting and performing routine preventative maintenance tasks, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests.

  • Low Voltage Cabling and Termination: The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with installing, testing, and terminating low-voltage cabling systems.
  • Equipment Repair/Replacement: Our ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose and repair/replace equipment as needed.

Additional responsibilities include adhering to all safety policies and procedures, working independently, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential for success in this position.
  • Burglar and Camera Installation Knowledge: Familiarity with burglar alarm and camera installation is required.
  • Ability to Handle Physical Workload: You should be comfortable with manual labor and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
