The Los Angeles LGBT Center is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within our staff. We are seeking a highly skilled LGBTQ+ Support Specialist to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician I, you will be responsible for providing supportive counseling services, coordinating care, and making referrals as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $25.50-$34.36 per hour, plus a shift differential premium of $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 6pm-6am. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as an employee assistance program and 403(b) retirement plan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and provide support to individuals struggling with substance use and recovery issues. You will also participate in multi-disciplinary clinical case conferences and make referrals to services outside the Center as needed.
