LGBTQ+ Housing Coordinator Job Description

The Los Angeles LGBT Center invites applications for a dedicated Housing Navigation Specialist I to join our Senior Services team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to address homelessness and achieve stable housing outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct home and field visits to ensure clients maintain their housing.
  • Work effectively with clients and their support networks to develop individualized case plans.
  • Maintain accurate client data and statistical records.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in case management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$32 per hour, plus shift differential. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and 403(b) retirement plan.
