The Resident Assistant II provides critical support to our LGBTQ+ sheltered youth at the Center's emergency overnight and transitional living programs.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement housing-first, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed care principles
  • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
  • Monitor resident access, including entry and departure
  • Participate in staff meetings and planning meetings as needed

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, an employee assistance program, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be around $23-$29 per hour, plus a shift differential premium for hours worked between 6pm-6am.
