We are in search of a devoted safety supervisor to uphold the security and protection of our facility, residents, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting during emergencies and coordinating with local law enforcement

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 11:00 pm - 7:15 am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing security rounds throughout the facility and grounds
  • Responding promptly to emergencies and inquiries
  • Managing facility lockdowns and openings
  • Monitoring fire alarm systems and emergency protocols
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks as part of security duties
  • Ensuring confidentiality of resident and staff information
  • Documenting all security incidents and maintaining accurate reports
  • Assisting in investigations as necessary and providing information to relevant authorities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred completion of police science or security training
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to remain calm and provide direction in stressful situations
  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and Kronos systems
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • First Aid and Safety training preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to perform moderate to difficult tasks
  • Ability to navigate wet or slippery surfaces
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs or ladders
  • Visual acuity to assist during emergencies
  • Ability to focus on details amidst interruptions
  • Ability to comprehend and relate to interconnected concepts
  • Ability to remember multiple tasks over extended periods
