Product Management Intern

TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and we're looking for a talented Product Management Intern to join our Lead Ads team. As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our Product Managers to develop and execute a vision for TikTok's performance advertising solutions.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance the performance and efficiency of our lead ads products.
- Drive the design, development, and iteration of advertising and user data-related products.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and lead the go-to-market strategy for owned product areas.
- Identify gaps in current targeting products and implement improvements accordingly.
- Collaborate with other ads product teams to develop relevant ad products.
- Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or a related technical field.
- Hands-on product management experience.
- Strong logical and critical thinking skills, utilizing a facts and data-driven approach to problemsolving.
- Highly analytical, with a laser focus on user needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
