Responsibilities:- Assist in managing various disciplines, including artists, designers, software engineers, QA, and production staff.
- Support the development team in ensuring quality, collaboration, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project team.
- Participate in planning, scrum, and sprint retrospective sessions with the team in an Agile development framework.
- Collaborate with Development Directors and production to manage scope and quality.
- Experience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teams.
- Experience in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Availability for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025.
As a Development Manager Intern at Electronic Arts, you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from $22 to $35 USD per hour, depending on location. You will also be eligible for a package of benefits, including 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
