Associate Optometrist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the MOD and store team to drive executional excellence and winning results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional patient service.
  • Establish a positive doctor-patient relationship and utilize technology to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Provide effective training and guidance to team members and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive culture linked to the corporate culture.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Commitment to quality patient care and knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
