Job Title: Managing Optometrist

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Optometrist to lead our team in Cicero, NY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a team of optometrists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest optometric technology and practices to provide the highest quality care
  • Collaborate with regional and store managers to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state licensure and continuing education requirements
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of sound business management practices and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making
